A favorite television show currently is MEDIUM with Patricia Arquette. The character Arquette plays (so brilliantly) is based on a real medium of the same name: Allison Dubois. Likely many of the experiences stories are created around on the show are the real Alison’s. The accuracy or realism of the psychic happenings portrayed is impressive, and likely plays a role in the success of the show with the public.
Psychic or intuitive hits or clues do NOT come with instructions. There’s no instruction manual to delineate what a particular dream or intuitive guidance or experience means.
